R.G. Bullet Talks Shotguns and The Caldecott Chronicles (Guest Post)

Tonight's guest post comes courtesy of R.G. Bullet, author of The Caldecott Chronicles No.1 and The Caldecott Chronicles No.2, the first two stories in a zombie series set in the Victorian period. Mr. Bullet stops by today to share some thoughts on the finer points of zombie killing with the zombie killer's best friend: the shotgun

Hello Zed Word,

Thanks for inviting me here today. I'd like to focus on shotguns for this guest blog and add in a few interesting video links for your followers.

In The Caldecott Chronicles the main character is The Earl of Rothshire. He defends himself and his property very effectively with his coveted Purdey shotgun. You can get an idea of just how well made they are in this short video:

(You can get yours too if you have a spare $100,000 lying around)

A shotgun blast ripping into the bloated corpse of a stumbler is usually terminal --and as long as you're well out of the way of the splatter you should be just fine. But don't think that a shotgun is just short range--it's not and well proven with this video of a highly trained ex-police officer using an American-made Mossberg 500. Big fun!

What better weapon to have when the outbreak starts. Anyone used one?

For the fiction-happy rather than trigger-happy, R.G. Bullet has lowered prices on The Caldecott Chronicles No.1 and No.2 for the Nook as he continues his blog tour. You can get both stories for 99₵ each!
